Brittany in bookshop

Hi, I’m Brittany

I didn’t plan to write about sex.

It just kind of happened after I realized how weirdly fake most conversations around it are.

People either turn it into something clinical and awkward, or they pretend everything is perfect and effortless. Neither of those feels real.

So I started paying attention.

The small things people don’t say out loud. The habits. The curiosity. The stuff that only comes up in late-night conversations or anonymous messages.

That’s usually where things get honest.

I write about sex, toys, and all of that in-between space where people are figuring things out for themselves. Not as an expert. Not as someone trying to “teach” anything. Just someone who’s been curious enough to look a little closer than most.

Some of what I write comes from my own experience. Some of it comes from people who share things with me that they wouldn’t say anywhere else. And some of it is just… noticing patterns.

What people actually enjoy. What they think they should enjoy. And where those two don’t match at all.

I’m not here to tell anyone what’s right or wrong.

If anything, I’m more interested in why people do what they do, and how much of it is real versus learned.

About Me

Hi, I’m Brittany. I write about sex, toys, and the stuff people are usually too quiet to talk about. Nothing clinical, nothing fake—just real thoughts, curiosity, and figuring out what actually feels good.
